This transit-oriented master plan aims to attract and support high-tech companies seeking a dynamic, vibrant and amenity-rich campus environment. Plazas, courtyards and pocket parks offer casual places to meet; open lawns invite recreation. Pathways for pedestrians and bicycles connect public spaces with offices, ground-floor retail and parking. Integration and restoration of ecological systems was central to the site development, which is pursuing LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) certification to serve as a model for sustainable community design in Silicon Valley. Early and ongoing collaboration with City leaders streamlined the permitting process and bridged companies with the local community.
