Summary:
ob体育地址 Designs, Inc. is seeking a ob体育地址 coordinator to organize and run coordination meeting for large scale building projects.
General Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing share site that all trades can share files and project information.
Building a ob体育地址 coordination schedule
Building combined Navis 3D models of all trades
Running clash reports for all trades and assist in clash resolution by assigning viewpoints for detailers to reference while clearing clashes.
Scheduling meetings
Enforcing operating procedures for all trades
Record keeping
RFI creation, review, and tracking
Managing software licenses
Attending and preparing for weekly/bi-weekly coordination meetings
Interpreting contract documents
Managing project schedules and deliverable dates
Model review (AutoCAD, Revit, Navis)
Preparing and maintaining submittal logs.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree or trade school certificate related to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction or equivalent technical training or prior work experience in the building industry.
Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
2+ Years of Coordinating ob体育地址 Projects either as a General Contractor or Subcontractor
1+ Years of Project Field Experience as a Project Engineer, Superintendent, Installer, etc.
Navis, Autocad, Revit, Bim 360
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak effectively before guests and associates of the organization.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Physical Demands:
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Occasionally required to sit for extended periods.
Required to frequently reach with hands and arms.
