Meet Our Preconstruction Manager

BRIAN D.

Brian Durocher joined ob体育地址 Designs, Inc. as a pipefitting and plumbing detailer before transitioning into the role of Pre-Construction Manager. Brian has over 15 years of construction experience: 6 years of commercial and residential project supervision and management, as well as 7 years as a Journeyman Steamfitter, and the first 2 years of his apprenticeship as a plumber with U.A. Local 469 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was often called upon to perform field layouts, provide traditional isometric drawings, complete 3D laser scanning, and has spent the last 3 years as an AutoCAD/Revit modeler. He has both field and design experience in various project types, ranging from Industrial, Semi-Conductor, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Tenant Improvement, and Residential construction.

In his current role, Brian manages the intersection where the S ales , Estimating , and Operations teams meet ; h e leads the project kickoff efforts, both internally and externally ; works with clients to understand the scope of work needed on each project ; and facilitates the completion of estimates to align our client’s needs with available resources .
