DIRECTOR OF SALES
Rebecca is a northern Wisconsin native that joined ob体育地址 designs in May 2022. She will be laser-focused on both inside sales and outside sales teams and processes, and leading the sales teams to their goals. As Director of Sales, she will ensure that team members meet or exceed sales quotas, hire and mentor new employees, develop sales strategies, and act as the point of contact between the sales team and upper management. Rebecca has over 15 years of sales strategy and organizational leadership experience for environmental science, machinery manufacturing and construction firms including Hach, Stiles Machinery and Hilti, respectively. Rebecca is a life-long learner, who brings technical experience as a mechanical engineer, strong business acumen with her MBA, and a doctorate in organizational leadership and strategy which will help ob体育地址 Designs move to the next phase of growth. She is passionate about team development, process improvement, and finding organization efficiencies to streamline sales processes and increasing customer-focus.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys painting and sculpting, some of which she sells, she also enjoys kayaking, and growing her own vegetables in her garden.
